The Architecture Words Create

I've been sitting with words from a new space of curiosity recently. I even noticed myself stop mid-sentence the other day as I realized that I didn't want to breathe life into the words that were about to pour out of my mouth. It was quite an interesting moment in time. It felt as though I were peering down on a word search puzzle and weeding through a collection of letters to create the right word, the right expression. In that moment of silence I carved out for myself by stopping to assess my word choice, I witnessed the energetic architecture that would develop if spoken out. I felt the weight in my body of just the thought, and it wasn't a weight that I wanted another to feel.

Those seconds in time allowed me to consciously connect in a way I never have to the responsibility we each have to use our words as tools for creation. Being able to sit with how just the thought of the words I was going to give breath to felt in my body, how they landed in my body and began to influence my internal landscape, painted an example of how words create change. Words impact the collective consciousness. Words can have long-lasting life in the development and shaping of another in the most positive and most destructive ways.

When my field and curse unraveling guide stepped forward this week for a message to our Wednesday meditation circle it all made sense. This is his work, his medicine. Seeing, unraveling and healing the webs of energy and attachment that can be created in one moment of action through conscious or unconscious thought or word. These fields can be cast from another or self-inflicted, all beginning with one thought, one word or a collection of words.

We are powerful beings. We are creators. My prayer is that we see the responsibility we have in this power and chose to give birth to the highest and best good for all.

What are you ready to see? What are you ready to feel and sense in a new way? What will this require of you to surrender?

Much love to you and your spirit,

Sara
