By engaging with compassionate spirit and energy fields natural to each person and the Universe, Sara Palumbo is connecting to the subtle energy fields or spiritual bodies of the client, not the physical body which is the domain of the medical field and other allied health care professionals. Sara Palumbo is not a medical doctor or other licensed health care professional, and cannot and will not provide you with any kind of medical care, treatment, or diagnosis in relation to the physical health or wellbeing of your body. Healing with Raven’s Heart is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment from licensed and registered healthcare professionals. You should seek professional medical advice before making any health decision. 

Confidentiality: I consider the information you choose to share with me as personal and confidential. All services are provided in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential and supportive environment. 

Cancellations: I hold your appointment just for you. “No Show” or non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged the full session fee unless I can schedule someone for your time slot.

Phone Calls: I offer free 15-minute phone consultations before a session if you have specific questions or concerns. There is no charge for brief phone calls for clarification of after-session instructions or for agreed upon session follow-up.

Payment: You are responsible for payment of all treatment charges. Payment is due at the time of each visit unless otherwise arranged. Preferred form of payment is via credit card. Personal checks are accepted.
