Shamanic coaching is a collaborative and compassionate approach to connecting with your true spirit and self. The power and beauty of combining shamanic healing with coaching is that the energetic framework of patterns and influences that can’t be touched in traditional counseling and coaching can be tended to and unwound. Shamanic coaching is a powerful tool to tap into, witness, and unwind seen and unseen patterns of influence in your life. There might be patterns you have worked on within other healing modalities that still hold a charge and don’t feel quite complete for you. The intention of this type of healing work is to expand your awareness, to create space for seeing what might have been unseen, and to open up for healing. This work can be a pathway to healing old wounds, unhelpful thought patterns, and misconceptions or misperceptions of yourself.
You may come to shamanic coaching for many reasons. There might be an experience of overwhelm or unease as you process through a major transition in your personal life or career, though a health crisis, or in facing a chronic illness. You might be looking for a new approach to navigating your anxiety or grief. Perhaps there is a sense of a pattern or barrier from the past that is influencing your current life in negative ways or blocking you from stepping into your personal power. You might have worked on unwinding this pattern in traditional therapy or with other healing modalities, and it is still persisting. Maybe you are ready to witness and unwind patterns stemming from intergenerational trauma that are emerging in your awareness spontaneously or through therapy. Perhaps you are ready to connect on a deeper level with spirit to discover your personal gifts and create healthy boundaries in your life.
Shamanic coaching can help you come to a new understanding with illness, suffering, and burden. It can open you up to new teachers in the spirit and natural worlds that have deep knowledge and wisdom. Shamanic coaching can give you the ability to develop new tools, techniques, and rituals to enhance the way you live and experience the world.
What clients are saying.
“Almost every week for the past year I have met with Sara, and each session has served as a unique and reverential ceremony to honor all parts of me. Sara’s ability to lovingly bear witness has transformed the way I see myself and others. It’s almost like Sara has been able to install pressure release valves on my relationships, and I am so grateful! Her intuitive capacity is unmeasured, and Sara can tap into deeply buried parts of the psyche, holding space with her beautiful presence while old patterns unwind.
Each session is an adventure, and I can’t get enough of the palpable feeling of freedom that I have every time. Sara’s generosity of spirit is seen in her willingness to share what she understands with great humility and humor. I love the humor! It is so necessary and so healing too.”

“I've been working with Sara for the last two years on many facets of healing stemming from my own childhood trauma to domestic abuse to overcoming hurdles faced with chronic illness to grief management to understanding and embracing my own skills as an Empath. She is soft-spoken and has a kind spirit that immediately puts you at ease. Whether she's doing an in-person or remote session, her level of experience and professionalism never falters. Her attention to every little detail is commendable. Though my journey of healing has been a long one, Sara has been extremely patient as I find my footing, always checking in with me during our time together and after each session.
Healing is hard work, but Sara makes it fun and enjoyable. A gentle soul offering encouraging and positive support in a loving, kind way. I can't speak highly enough of the work Sara and I have done together. Words seem trite considering what I have gained from our time spent together ~ peaceful understanding.”

What is shamanism?
Shamanism is an ancient healing form. It’s an indigenous practice and way of life from the hunter-gatherer communities dating back to at least 40 thousand years ago – some anthropologists believe from as long as 100,000 years ago. The practice of shamanism has a very broad background geographically and existed and exists within different communities around the world. The word Shaman is derived from the Tungus tribe in Siberia and is a word for spiritual healer, or one who sees in the dark. The actual word “šamán” means “one who knows”.
