Sara looks at this energetic footprint and sees where energy is being held and is ready to be released as well as any spirit presence in your space or land that no longer serves the highest good of the place and the people who live there.Through shamanic journey work and healing, Sara holds space for her guides to bring clarity, harmony, understanding, connection, light and positivity to your space and land. What does an energetic space & land clearing look like?
Each space and piece of land is unique and requires different methods of shamanic energy healing. The total time dedicated to your space and land averages at 6 to 7 hours. Space and land clearing sessions with Sara include:
A phone consultation to better understand how you, your space, and your land can be supported
The shamanic healing and ritual (in-person or remotely)
A debriefing conversation with a detailed written transcript outlining the healing work
Suggested integration practices
A follow-up phone check-in two weeks after the session
Note that Sara will conduct 2-3 remote check-ins on the land and space following the initial healing session to offer additional clearings, healings, and blessings. You will receive an email follow-up regarding these check-ins.

Follow-Up Distance Session: $240
Additional fee of $25 for every half hour of travel from the Portland, Maine area.

How often is it beneficial to have my space and land cleared?
Space collects and absorbs energy in the same way our physical and energy bodies do. When a space is expressing heavy and weighted energy, Sara recommends seeking a professional clearing straightaway. She will guide you as to how often and how you can clear your space after a session.
Do you clear and offering blessing ceremony to structures other than home?
Absolutely! Sara can work with places of business, studios and creative spaces, boats and different configurations of land.
What can I expect during a clearing session?
Space clearing is ceremonial and asks for mindfulness. After your consultation with Sara, she will journey to her compassionate spirit council for direction and guidance about the work. This will include timing and an overview of the types of healing interventions that will be used. The total number of hours dedicated to your land and space clearing will range from 6 to 7.
Do I have to be home or on the land when the session is happening?
No, some clients prefer not to be present and others like to participate by holding space for the ceremony. Sara can provide assistance and guidance around this during your phone consultation.
